A variety of therapeutic techniques are used to address issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction and substance abuse, suicidal impulses, stress, trauma, and low self-esteem.

Our outpatient mental health team specializes in the following areas:

Medications are often used to help people with psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and thought disorders such as schizophrenia. The prescribing clinician from CAH, Inc. will meet with the individual prescribed the medications on a scheduled basis, and will review the effects of the medication treatment and help them manage side effects, medication or dosage changes that may be necessary. Most individuals will receive a written prescription during their visit to the outpatient office to be filled at the pharmacy of their choice.
